CAROLEE uses FedEx as our preferred shipping carrier. Orders to PR, GU or VI will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail Service. Once your order has shipped from our location, you will receive an email notifying you of the tracking information.

RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is paramount to us. We will be glad to refund or exchange any new, unused merchandise within 30 days of the date it was shipped to you. For your protection, please ship merchandise insured mail and include your original receipt or a note with your order number, name, address, daytime phone number, and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment method. Gifts can be exchanged for
merchandise only. We regret that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We can not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR PRODUCT
Wipe your jewelry often with a soft cloth. Clean sterling silver jewelry with a silver polishing
cloth. Avoid rubbing the cloth on semi-precious stone surfaces. Never submerge your jewelry
in a liquid cleaner.
Put your jewelry on after your perfume and hair spray are dry. Do not swim or bathe while
wearing your jewelry.
Store your jewelry in a soft pouch. Keep pieces separate to avoid scratch marks.

If you require a repair, please call 1.800.227.6533 and select Option 2 to be directed to Jewelry Repair or email customerservice@carolee.com. You will be given a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the shipping and handling costs required to process your repair order.

Registered users can use a wish list to save items that you like or want to purchase at a later time. This can also be used as a form of registry by allowing another registered customer to view your wish list. This is a perfect way to create a birthday or holiday list to give your friends and family. The wish list does not hold inventory. If an item sells out it will be removed from your wish list.
